Tier 2 Application- In House

Post by monushh » Tue May 30, 2017 11:55 pm

My wife got her Tier 2 General entry clearance this February.

Can she change employer by putting a new Tier 2 General in- house application in July the same year (i.e less than 6 months)?

Will there be any issues to change employers this soon?

Thank you.

Not sure what you mean by "in house"?

Yes she can change employer and will have to meet all the requirements again and pay visa fee and IHS again.

Nee sponsor must complete the full and proper RLMT pricess before they can offer her the job and issue a CoS.

Many thanks.

Sorry, I meant in- country application.

The new employer has issued a COS already.

So as per your reply can she go ahead putting the new application.

Also, do you know if she can continue working with the old employer until the new job starts?
