unmarriage partner of tier2 visa holder dependent visa

Hi,
I am a Tier 2 visa holder, I have a girlfriend who currently working and living in China Before I move to the UK in 2015, we lived together in China(2013-2014 in Shanghai, working)and UK(2011-2012 in London, Study). I am just wondering can her apply for a dependent visa?

Not sufficient to meet the unmarried partner criteria.

1. You have been living apart for too long
2. You will be unable to submit documented evidence of a relationship 'akin to marriage for 2 years immediately prior to submitting the application.
Note the following:
"In order to assess whether a couple is in a genuine long-term relationship we would expect to see evidence of cohabitation for the preceding 2 year period. Short breaks apart of up to 6 months would be acceptable for good reasons, such as work commitments, or caring for a dependent relative. Evidence must be provided which shows that the relationship continued throughout that period by visits, letters etc.

Thank you for the answer and sorry for the late reply.

But I still want to know if I married her in the UK, could she get a dependent visa and stay with me?
And how long she could apply for the visa after becoming my wife?
This is important to us because my gf and I need to build a plan for our family and career in the future.

if you marry her, (which does not have to be in uk, could be anywhere), then she can get the dependent visa.
Her visa validity will be same as yours

If she comes as a visitor on a marriage visitor visa she must leave the UK and apply for dependent visa from China.
