Biometric Enrolment

Apologies if I'm being exceptionally dumb, but I've read what I can find about this and am still stumped...

I understand that once you send in your application, you will then get contacted to get you biometrics taken at a later date. So then what do you put in questions 6.13 - 6.14 of Form AN, which asks the date and place that fingerprints were taken? I obviously had them done for my BRP, but I have no record of when or where I did that, and I can't remember, as it was more than 5 years ago! surely they should have that info if they have my BRP (being submitted with the application). What am I missing here?

Assuming you applied for ILR use that date.
