Hello folks I applied for ILR PEO on 31st of march 2017 on d basis of 6yrs descritionary but I was refused due to early application. Reason I was given first 3yrs on 10th may 2011 and the second in 2014 which expires on 29th of April 2017 . But d case worker gave me another 3yrs which expires in 2020 because am still married to my British wife. Dat I can only apply for ILR once am 6yrs . I don't think am at fault becos I only follow my last visa validity. So I applied by post on 24th may 2017 for ILR, money taken from my account on 25th , so still waiting . Hope I will get it this time and i hope they won't just keep my application in their office. I have used the 3yrs to secure my present job though. Pls advice me .

You applied for ILR too early, it is counted from the date you firat got DLR (2011) not date of last visa issued.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Why all this is capital letters?!?!?
Also your question would have been better directed in the British Citizenship section as this is related to that and is in the FAQ right at the top (almost).

Also it would be appreciated if you could post what documents you includes in your application for ILR as it seems you have been granted it recently as your indication is now to apply for BC.

I think it was, he/she applied roughly 13 days early.
