FLR Application after Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa rejection

Post by anilsharma25 » Tue Jun 06, 2017 3:33 pm

I applied Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) in Sep 2016 after Tier 4 General Visa, got the rejection in March 2017. Did the admin review and again got the rejection 2 days back. Now I am thinking to apply for FLR/FP.
I am already working part time with a company on a temp role, they asked me right to work proof before I got the rejection. I gave them the acknowledgement letter from UKBA at that time, and they were fine with that. Now I am thinking to apply for FLR/FP application. My question is that: am I able to work on FLR/FP or not also please let me know is that any other I can go for at this moment.

You seem to have become an overstayer at the moment which means you are NOT allowed to work as it will be illegal.
On what basis are your applying under FLR(FP) ??

Thanks for the reply, does the visa processing time comes under overstaying, coz I was waiting for my visa application, as per the letter I received 3 days before, saying that your visa is refused after admin review, you have 14 days to apply for any reason to stay. My solicitor told me to go for FLR/FP so that we can get some time to switch to any other visa or make a fresh application again. They are going to apply my FLR/FP under the basis of Private Life. I have asked my Solicitor about the work he said you can work till you get the letter from UKBA. Can you please let me know is it true or do I have to inform my employer about my status. I have a really good relation with my Employer and I don't want to keep them in this kind of situation.

Thanks

What basis of private life are you claiming?

What is your full immigration history, including visa start and end dates?

When did your student visa expire?

If your Admin Review was rejected, you have lost 3c leave. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... e-v8_0.pdf

Suggest you read page 10/11 and specifically page 16 para 3 - your 3C leave has come to an end on the basis of information given. Answer CR's question but be prepared that you have lost your right to work.
