LLR as Refugee- question about children

Post by LondonImigrant » Wed Jun 07, 2017 11:19 pm

I am on a limited leave to remain visa (refugee) and applying for my children to come over. However, would it be possible for my daughter to go back home to stay for a couple of years (as she is two minds about living her due to her your age)? She would like to option to go back home until she is more matured in the event she can't acclimatize to living and studying here at this age. I am unable to find any info on restrictions for dependent on UK Visa and Immigration website.

So the question is: Is there any restrictions for someone on a dependent visa as to the duration they need to reside in this country annually if the sponsor (me) is permanently residing here?

Thank you

I have moved your post to its own topic and the correct sub forum (here) as where you posted was a different visa category not relevant to your circumstances.
