Permanent residency but got Residence Card

Hello . I applied for Permanent Residence,but then I received the card it's says Registration certificate. What a difference between them two and if I've got a Registration certificate can I still apply for British Citizenship ? Thank you

You need the DCPR (document certifying permanent residence) before you can apply for citizenship.

How long have you been in the UK and what have you been doing in that time?

Are you an EU citizen or a non-EU partner??

No.

A Registration Certificate means that you have submitted proof of having exercised treaty rights in the UK, but not for five continuous years. Therefore, you do not have PR status as per the Home Office.
