SET (M) Requirement

Post by binbiksim » Sat Jun 10, 2017 10:54 am

My wife entered the UK in 2007 on spouse visa while I was a student and has stayed on spouse visa since then every time I changed in different categories (Student, PSW, T1 General, ILR and naturalised citizen). I naturalized as a British Citizen in May 2016, having lived in UK since 2004.
My question is - can my wife apply under SET(M) to get her ILR - she has got all other requirements fulfilled. Or will it have to be 2 years after I get naturalized?
Her current visa is running out on End of July and her 10 years will be at the end of August, so SET(LR) is a bit tricky as it will push to the limits.

Regards,
Ben

What is her exact visa category that she holds and when was it issued?
