PBS Dependent + 5 Year Route + No Absence Limit -> Success

Post by srivisaN » Sat Jun 10, 2017 5:54 pm

I am trying get the success stories of all the PBS Dependents who completed 5 years (July 2012 - June 2017) and applying for ILR with significant absences from UK (hope everyone knows that these absences are not relevant as per latest rules, but still want to see success stories)

Please try to list Visa type, key dates of Visa, No of absences and your ILR application/approval experience.

For what purpose??

There are many successes posted on the forum.

A topic such as this will simply become another long running, unmanageable one with all and sundry posting their 2 pence worth.

If you have a specific questionrelated to your own situation, simply state the facts and ask!

I appreciate the fact that as a moderator you are stating the problems of having duplicate groups or large un-manageble groups.

as per my thinking dependents who have applied/approved visa after 9th July 2012 can only complete 4 years 11 months of stay by June 2017, if not please guide me where to find success stories in this case with significant number of absences from UK.
