UNABLE TO PAY FOR ILR PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

Post by zjawaid » Sun Jun 11, 2017 6:22 pm

Hello All,

I am new to this forum so please accept my apologies in advance if I am not following any rules and please feel free to correct me where necessary .

So my situation is that I have DLR for me my wife and 4 children since 2011, we have completed the mandatory six years. Unfortunately my financial situation is such that I do not have the funds to pay for ILR. My family was granted DLR under Article 8 ECHR.

I am in a low income job and have no assets that I can sell to collect this much amount of money. Please culd some one tell me if there is away of asking HO to waiver Lower the fee for ILR .

Any Help is much appreciated.

No there is no such 'waiver' for ILR. You either have to pay the fee, borrow the money or apply for a DLR extension.

If you knew this point would arrive for ILR, you should have saved the fees.

Thank you for your help, @CR001

Is it possible to apply for FLR(FP) with application of destitution and what are the chances of success?

Thanks once again
