What about you bank statements for 6 months?
What about proof of communication (WhatsApp, skype screenshots etc)?
Partner English A1?
You don't need landlord payment proof. You need a letter from landlord stating your partner will be permitted to live in the property.

I am currently working on a zero hour contract but every month i earn above £1600 which is more than the £18600 required. I have a letter from work stating i am on zero hour contact and a full time staff.
Would being on a zero hour contract affect my husband application?

No, his income is irrelevant and will be ignored.

No. The requirement is to provide evidence with payslips and bank statements proving you meet the income requirement and that your employment is ongoing.

Yes. NARIC ELA (Red route)

thank you.
Asides the masters degree he does have a first degree which is from Nigeria. could i use this instead as it is from a majority english speaking country as it says on the website
If your degree isn’t from a UK university, you’ll need your original degree certificate and one of the following:
1.an original letter or certificate from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of your degree, plus an official letter from your university with your name and degree confirming that your degree was taught in English
2. an original and official certificate from your university confirming the degree was taught or researched in a majority English-speaking country (except Canada)
no 2 would it be a letter from the university saying the degree was taught in Nigeria which is a majority english speaking country?

For a non UK degree he is required to provide UKVI NARIC red route OR the A1 English test. There is no way to avoid either of these.

IT IS MY HUSBANDS APPLICATION, AND I AM THE SPONSOR (WIFE) AND THE KIDS LIVE WITH ME IN THE UK.
YES WHEN HE COMES TO THE UK WHICH HAPPENS ABOUT 3 TIMES IN A YEAR HE DOES PAY FOR WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THEM
