Hi there,
My case is way different than anyone on this website.
I was been told by home office in 2012 to leave the country and they retained my passport on my student visa extension application tier 4 general.
Since then I wasn't been able to get proper advice to stay so I left this matter like as it is. Stayed because I established relationships with many british friends so they encouraged me to stay.
**Long story short**
Since last year one of my very close friend he started telling me to sort out my immigration status. So I found this solicitor who adviced me that he can submit SET(O) for me through which way the homeoffice would at least know where I amand all other stuff.
Before this in 2013 with the help of one friend we sent a letter to home office for regularising me legal status so considered
that letter and adviced us to submit FLR(O) which we did with appendex 1 which was refused because they thought there wasn't enough evidence to prove that I was actually destitute.
Then I coulden't manage to arrange the fees because I found it really embarrassing to ask someone to pay my fees even my close friends. So I left that matter there as it was.
Finally this year in January 2017 I submitted Set(O) with right fees with few Declarations and few references.
Later they sent me a letter for biometric enrolment. Which I had done it in Post Office.
Then on 9th June 2017 they have called me for an interview in Liverpool, the interview call is from Permanent Migration Interview team on 23rd June 2017.
Now I'm being curious because previously few of my friends they submitted the same forms but they had never been called for any interview.
And if it's for me then what are they going to ask?
If anyone knows about this then please let me know.
Looking forward to some positive feeds.
Thanks
