ILR - Tier-2 General 5 years route

Post by Sai321 » Thu Jun 15, 2017 4:04 pm

Hello Guys,
Can you please help me out with my questions listed below?

I am Applying for ILR(premium service Glasgow) on 24 July 2017 on 5 years TIER-2 General Route.

1. I started my first Tier-2 General visa on 17-Aug-2012 (3 years) and extended until 21-Aug-2017. I hope I am eligible for ILR from 21-Jul-2017 right (28 days in advance) as I planned to go on 24th July?

a. Used Set(O) application form right?

b. Are below documents list fine?? Anything missing please advice
List of Documents
1. Passport & Biometric card
2, Employer letter - need for foreseeable future
3. Employer letter for list of absence outside UK
4. 6 months payslips
5. Life in UK test
6. UK Master's Degree Certificate
7. Last three months bank statements - Do we need to maintain many minimum balance, as my account balance fall to £250??
8. Address Proof's: Council bill, Rental Agreement

2. I am not including my wife and child as dependents in my application. I will apply for them with in a week once I got ILR through postal application.
Will this be any issue for my single application? Reason I am applying them separately because premium service is expensive.

3. What kind of application does my wife need once I get ILR? Now she is on Tier-2 dependent visa enter UK in 2015.

4. Many told as my baby born in UK I can apply for naturalisation directly with out ILR dependent visa. Can I??? If so want application form I need to use.
My child is currently on Tier-2 general dependent visa

Thanks
Sai

Your dependents don't qualify for ILR yet, so your question is not relevant to them.

PBS Dependent extension.

Children are REGISTERED not naturalised (adults). If your child is UK born, once you have ILR and your BRP you can register the child as British on form MN1. Please ask any citizenship question in the British Citizenship sub forum a bit further down the main page.
