Tier 2 General Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi Team,

If I am holding Tier 2 General Dependent Visa.

How long do I need to wait before switching to Tier 2 General Visa if someone is ready to sponsor me a job?

is there any rule that I need to be on Tier 2 General Dependent for 1 year or any particular tenure?

You can apply from your home country abroad at any point. No time that you have to wait.
