Family Visiotr Visa

Post by 10020132 » Mon Jun 19, 2017 1:37 pm

Hi
I am on Tier Entrepreneur visa. And I want my parents and my sister to come over here for a month
Can somebody guide me as to what documents I should include in their application pack. The following are the ones I am aware of:

Sponsor letter from me
My Bank statement to show that I have £1800 in savings for 20 days
Documents of property to show that they will go back eventually
Photographs, passports, etc
My birth certificatw to prove the relationship with them
Covering latter
My Copy of visa

Is there anything else that I can add? And is it necessary to show that I own a home here for their residence as I haven't received my documents from land registry yet

This has nothing to do with Tier 1E rules. The rules for short visit visa applies to your parents. Moved to the correct subforum :!:

My dad has some properties and a running business. So may be a bank statement to show that he has running business. and also proof of ownership of some properties to show that he lives there and manages the properties

Search the forum, this has been covered 100's of times. Parents need to submit substantial documentation each to prove their ties and circumstances in home country. It has become increasingly difficult to get visit visas for elderly parents, many tales of woe of refusals on the forum.

Given that your parents have a child in the UK, you need to provide evidence that would persuade a caseworker that your parents have stronger ties to their home country than to the UK through their child. Do you have siblings in your country of origin? Do your parents have siblings there? What would pull them back to their home country?

Without knowing the work, family and financial situation of the applicants it is going to be generic. One I have listed here might help you.

Yes my parent have all their siblings & THEIR Parents in Pakistan. Moreover, they have another son and daughter in Pakistan and he has some properties in his name and a running business
And my sister has her husband and in laws in Pakistan. So it seems a strong case then
Do i need to include the pwnership documents original ones for properties in Pakistan?

I had a non-english original so always submitted the english version authorised by attorneys. May be someone else could clarify on that.
