How to correct The previous Visa application Mistake

I applied for UK Business visa June 2017 and also my visa approved, but while submitting the application by mistake I have overlooked the below questions and provided the wrong information

1. HAVE YOU BEEN ISSUED ANY VISA FOR THE UK, UK OVERSEAS TERRITORIES OR COMMONWEALTH COUNTRY IN THE LAST 10 YEARS? : NO
(I have Canada Visa)

2. HAVE YOU BEEN REFUSED A VISA FOR ANY COUNTRY INCLUDING THE UK IN THE LAST 10 YEARS? NO
(My USA visa was rejected)

Is there any way I can correct the above information, because I need to apply for Intra-company transfer in next month

No way to correct an application already submitted and approved. All you can do is answer correctly in ICT app and explain in a letter, no guarantee this will work though.
