Can you point to any recent examples of this happening? I've searched the forum and can see lots of questions about this but not any outright refusals on this basis.CR001 wrote:Yes, and that same human nature has resulted in refusals for some members due to being over eager and applying ONE day too early in person.
No I don't have the links to specific members as I cannot recall everyone who posts.eagerbeaver wrote:Can you point to any recent examples of this happening? I'm only curious as I'm trying to weigh the risk of applying in person 10 days early and being refused vs overstaying by 10 days and being refused (I have a 10-day gap to bridge between expiry of current leave and eligibility for 10yr ILR).
