New digital ILR form

Theresa May just announced that the ILR form will be streamlined and digitalised.
Does anyone know when this new digital ILR SET O form is going to be launched?

I have also heard about it on TV just now - on Sky News Live - Faisal Islam just gave details about the offer to EU citizens and the new streamlined process to apply for ILR

EU citizens apply for PR on a completely different form and process and this is what they are proposing to streamline.

But I strongly believe that there will be a complete overhaul of all of these massive ILR forms not just the one for EU citizens. Do you think they will digitalise the EEA applicants form only?

As Brexit mostly affects EU citizens, they are likely priority at this stage so I suggest not to hold your breath at this point regarding other routes which have become slow to become online options.
