If it is not required in the guide and the rules, then it is not required

Question on Continuous Period Calculation

Post by uktierone » Thu Jun 22, 2017 10:31 pm

Hello Experts

I have a question on allowed UK absences as part of ILR Application for Tier 1(G).

As part of my current contract I was required to travel out of the UK for attending business meetings and provide support for the project.

Out of previous 5 years, for the last year I had an absence of of 52 days within the year due to this business travel.

As part of this travel I was paid within the UK and to confirm this I have following documents :

a. Business Invite Letter from Host Company - Confirming my travel dates

b. Letter from my UK Based Agency - Confirming my Travel dates and as well confirming payments made within UK.

Considering the above facts, is the documentation sufficient or I need to arrange for any other evidences ?

Regards
