Tier 2 (General) Dependent

Hello guys. I just got married last April 2017 and wants to bring my wife here in the UK. Does she needs to take English exam? And what are the requirements she needs to submit in the UK Embassy in the Philippines. I have a Tier 2(General) visa at the moment. Thank you.
