Indefinite leave to remain holder dependent

Post by Muna2017 » Sat Jun 24, 2017 5:36 pm

Hi
I am on tier 2 general visa work and live in the uk. I will be applying to ILR in January 2018. My husband is currently under tier 2 dependent visa ( my dependent) which will expire in October 2018.
Regarding my husband, he will not satisfy the 5 year residence role when I apply for my ILR. So, which type of visa shakll he apply fpr after his tier 2 dependet visa expires? Is there a sort of ILR holder spouse visa he can apply for?

Thank you

He can apply to extend his Tier 2 Dependent visa until he meets the requirements for ILR. How long has he been in the UK as your dependent?
