Hi there. I was deported by the home office in April 2015. Before that I was detained for 3 months applying for the JR. But nothing worked and so I came back to my country. I think I have been bannedfor 10 years. I came to uk by student visa. Now in this 10 years is it possible for me to get a visa in uk? Or after 10 years is it possible for visa?
Thanks in advance

If you have a 10 year ban then no, you are not able to apply for any type of visa to come to the UK. If you have a ban and wait the 10 years, you can still expect any application to be scrutinised heavily.

When did you come on a student visa and why were you deported?

You will need to give a bit information on your situation if you expect any advice.

Thanks for your reply!!
Here are my details
I came to uk on 2013 October. I was granted 3 years visa. After 8 month attending the college I came to back to India for holidays. After that I returned back to London. And then I didn't attend the univ, but was working. So the univ sent a letter to ho and the ho office sent the letter to me stating that my visa my be revoked. After one year they arrested me for illegal working and overstaying. When I got arrested they said that my visa got revoked. And I was detained near Gatwick. When I got arrested I imeediately handed over the passport to them. And while in the camp I applied for the kuduka review. But it got rejected 2 times. So I came to my country. This overstaying and working thing was misguided by my friends. Now am releasing the fault. Am really want to visit uk legally if there is any chance.

And am not sure if I have a 10years ban. While I was deported there was another girl with me. In her visa they have mentioned that the visa has been cancelled. But in my visa they didn't mention anything except the ho reference which starts with A followed by some numbers. Is it something we should consider?

You worked illegally and you overstayed. HO/UKVI will have a hard time believing you that you are a genuine visitor due to your previous illegal activity and breaching and frustrating the immigration rules.

It is no one's fault but your own. You knew exactly what your visa conditions were and you chose to ignore that.

You can try to apply for a visit visa (if this is what you plan) but don't expect a positive result.

I cannot comment on the number but assuming this is the visa that as been revoked.

I would suggest you find somewhere else to take your wife, it is unlikely you will get a visitor visa.

If you apply for a visa to any other country, most of them ask about your immigration history etc to other countries and if you have been deported or overstayed etc.

I have to been to dubai after coming back from London. At my home immigration the officer made an clarification with his higher authority after seeing my passport. And that's it. They allow to board the flight. In dubai nothing happened. It was very smooth at the immigration. So If I apply for any European countries for a visit. Will there be a problem?
