Post by foxsan » Sun Jun 25, 2017 1:14 am

Hello everybody,

I would like to know what happened at the end with cupcake567 problem since I am in the same situation. I would like to know what happened at the end, if sher couple applied to an FP or not.

Kind regards,

But getting married now and applying could not be consider as a marriage by convenience?
My situation is like this, I have been in a relartionship with an EEA that right now is working in UK since t months ago. We have been together for 5 years, we meet in Italy when I came to course a Master's degree. Due to both of us we were studying, we were not living together, and then we started to work, me in Italy and she in her country and at the end of last year she moved to London. As cupcake567 our proofs are pictures of us together all around Europe, she also went to SouthAmerica with me, so in addition we have flight tickets, mails, letters and that's all. I had a tourist visa for UK and I have been visiting her till this month.
We are planning to apply for a FP, but according to what I have read in the thread, looks like it's pointless to apply for it.
I would like to know what could we do in this case, since getting married doesn't look to be the solution.

Could you please give me some advice?

Kind regards,
