Spouse visa income

Post by Ssw1992 » Tue Jun 27, 2017 11:07 am

Hi I have a job that is £15,225 per year plus £4,200 per year London high cost area supplement so the total salary would be say £19,500. This will all go into my wages each month however I have been off sick for a couple of months. So I will start saving my payslips when I go back and re start the 6 months.

My question is, if im sick again which I probably will be due to winter coming up. What will happen with the requirement? Lets say I have 3 days off unpaid.. but over all in the 6 months I still met the requirement ( half of £18,600) so I can afford to lose out on £900 per year roughly and still meet the £18,600. Would I put this as salaried or varied? This should cover me a few sick days and I should fall below the requirement. But I know they like to make things difficult when applying so is there anything I should be careful with? Thanks

Better if you can provide your last 6 months gross wages then we can check.
