30 hours free childcare

Hello All,
Both my husband and I have ILR and Biometrics residence cards. My children are both British Citizens.
Does anyone know if one of us can apply for the 30 hours free childcare and if we have recourse to public funds?

Yes you can, if you have ILR you are free to claim benefits you qualify for.
