Post by Hana123456789 » Thu Jun 29, 2017 11:33 am

Hi, We are living in uk about 7 years, and My husband and I have two children 1 and 5 ( both were born in uk. I did fresh claim on 2014 and my fresh claim refused on June 2017. I don't have right to appeal against home office . Please give me any advice or any body knows what's happening after this step ?

We came here in 2010 and become asylum under religion ban and problems but homeoffice and court refuse us because of lack of evidence and then did frash claim in 2014 with evidence but this they refuse us as they think the support was not enough however it was as my barester said. Yesterday I received the refusal letter and I was wondering what can I do next with no right of apeal ????? Please help

If your fresh claim is refused, your next step will be to lodge JR.

Ask you solicitor to apply right of appeal in Tribunal and hopefully you can get it. This case normally base on human rights so hopefully u can challenge HO decision of not giving you right of appeal.

Thank you hina for your Reply, I'm really worried as I received the Refusal letter and I thought I don't have any more right. I will ask my solicitor to apply to get right of appeal .

Many thanks
