Thanks for that. If the government is going to ignore the law, then...well its a case of hypocrisy: do as I say, not as I do. I mean we have understood Eind to stand when applying in 2012. That is the law that they are (still) bound to until Brexit in 2019. Yet on 25th November 2016 Eind is apparently now to be ignored. Assuming even that we heard of this new law, how on earth does a person produce proof when they can never recover the past, cannot go back in time between 2012 and 25th November 2016.CR001 wrote:There was a rule change on 25th November last year. Hi, I wrote my answers by hand in the margins of the questionnaire and returned it the same afternoon. I referred to Eind as a matter of principle, because that was the law then (and still is now as far as I am concerned until after Brexit). But I did include pay slips, P60's, etc that I had luckily kept.Skylar1331 wrote:Hi Great Scott-- how did you go about filling in this questionnaire and what were the results? I just received it as well and am not sure what to say. I've started a separate thread because I couldn't find answers in the one someone posted. Do you have any advice? Best, Meredith
