Hi,

I need some advice regarding switching from tier 2 general visa to ilr. Was wondering if u can please help?

1) can you please advise if the minimum salary requirement at the time of applying in 2019 for indefinite leave to remain for Tier 2 General migrants Of £35800 - does it have to be for the whole five years or last three years or last six months ?

At least one month before applying for ILR as you need to submit a payslip.

What is your current salary?

You should be aware that any sudden large salary increases just before ILR will likely cause your application to be put on hold and your company being investigated etc.
