I think despite your job title, wages, location remain same but employer name has changed then it would lead you towards category B where you have to satisfy the financial requirement by 2 ways. Firstly you must have earned £18600 in the last 12 months then secondly your current job is promising to pay you annually £18600 (salaried person) / the average of last 6 months of all jobs yield the annual wages of £18600 (non-salaried person).
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

I went to pakistan for one year came back in march 2017
So how will I show I have earned 18600 in last 12 months and
Secondly in my current employment I earn 19000 a year
So far I been working there for 3 months

As mentioned above, your situation leads to category B where you have worked for your employer for less than 6 months. If you can wait 3 more months after 3 months and remain employed with same employer then can apply under category A where you just need 6 months payslips with bank statements.

That letter wont change the financial requirement. The easiest way under your present circumstances is to wait 3 more months after next 3 months means 6 months then simply apply under category A because you can't apply under category B as you haven't already earned £18600 in last 12 months.
