I have an ECR for spouse visa. I have a nine month old baby girl. my husband is boen british but not working so he cannot sponsor us to get there.If I show 6 month old 65,000 pounds in my savings account. do i need to show the source from where they came in order to apply for spouse visa agin.

Yes you would have to show the origin and proof of funds. And most importantly they must not be borrowed one's.

my father in law sold land and put the money in my account as my and my husbands share. will dat work? if we show the sale deed along with the bank statement

I don't think that a mere deposits of money into your account for 6 months will alone work. You will have to convince that these funds are now fully under your and/or partner's control and if it's a family gift then legal declaration will also need.

In addition qualifying with your savings, you will also have to submit evidence of a subsisting relationship. This may be a challenge when you mention in your other thread that your husband has not seen his daughter since she was born in India 9 months ago and I assume hasn't visited you for a considerable length of time.
