New Asylum seeker and getting Tier 2 Dependent visa

Post by Thaershayk » Sat Jul 01, 2017 8:22 pm

Hi
I have applied on march 2017 & withdrawn my Asylum application in July 2017, returning to home country to get marry.

My spouse have a visa to work in U.K. Since 2013.

My question is if I apply for dependent is there any possibility I'll get accepted?

I was a level 7 student first in 2013 till 2014 September.
Then applied in September2014 FLRO with sponsorship reason.
My sponsor license got revoked.
Upper tribunal Appeal got rejected in march 2017 because my sponsor failed to gain license.
I was in this relationship since 2016.
My spouse is a doctor who have a sponsor visa from NHS my spouse wanted to get married in home country not in UK.
We got married she have a job to do & I'm trying to make new visa application.
Please ask if I miss anything.

So you have had no legal status in the UK since 2014.

You will have to apply from your home country for a Tier 2 dependent visa but you do risk being refused for frustrating the immigration rules.

You cannot change your immigration history.

You can apply and see what the outcome is. Otherwise you might have to wait till your spouse gets ILR and apply as a spouse of settled person, which will be a bit more lenient regarding your overstaying period than the tier 2 general dependent visa.
