Switch Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General - New rule

Hi

I have been granted Tier 2 ICT in December 2010 and was planning to switch to Tier 2 General . Today i just realised that i will not be able to switch to Tier 2 General when i looked into the url below.

Seems the rules have changed. Can Anyone help if my understanding is correct or is there any way i can switch please?

Thank you for the reply. Sorry i have been trying hard to find the sponsorship and unsuccessful so far. It seems i still can apply when i looked into the link below.

I found the following note in the document above. Does it mean i am still eligible to switch in country please. I am bit confused?

1. Please note that no Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) migrant granted entry clearance under the rules in place on or after 6 April 2011 can switch into Tier 2 (General)
