Rejected Visa

Post by shsh » Sun Jul 02, 2017 7:18 pm

Hi all,
I recently had a rejection from the Spanish consulate on a schengen visa application.

I am due to apply for British naturalisation by October 2017.
Will this visa rejection affect my naturalisation and British passport application at all?

Appreciate your advise and past experience on this issue.
Mant thanks in advance

No it should not. You are not the first and certainly not the last to have a Schengen refusal.

Hi thanks for your response. They said 'no enough time for processing'
I don't really understand what they mean by this!

Thanks CR001. Do I need to mention any thing about this rejection on my application?

If the form asks, then yes, if it does not then no.
