Spouse Settlement - Financial requirement

Hello,

I am looking to apply for settlement visa for my spouse, I am in a full time job and I do meet the income benchmark however my one worry is I am currently overdrawn and this might negatively affect my application. Has anyone had a similar issue? :(

HO isn't interested in your outgoings and bank balance. They are only interested in your income/salary.
