How is her financial circumstances are relevant to this case? When I am sponsoring her complete trip.
It all makes sense.CR001 wrote:Suggest you have a good read of all the parent visit visa topics posted on the forum and see how many have been refused due to not submitting evidence of the PARENTS personal and financial circumstances in home country.
You sponsoring the trip is irrelevant in proving parent(s) ties to home country.
If anything, you have made the refusal easy by showing she has not ties, you have lots of money to look after you and the ECO likely thinks she won't leave the UK.
Years of abuse by some has made it very difficult for genuine visitors.
Property documents carry very little weight. Property can be sold and transferred from abroad.Zulqarnain wrote:What about other documents she has shown or will be showing in her next application to prove her ties with home country including land documents, property documents and documents showing two dependent sons who are still studying and have no one in Pakistan except her?

Best bit is open a bank account for her. Put regular income in it for next 6 to 8 months. If she has two dependent sons who r studying, Ask school or college to give enrollment letters to them so u can show to ECO that they r studying in school. Also get Nadra Family tree certificate to show that 2 of your brothers live with your mom in same address.
I am surprised who gave u suggestion to apply visit visa without applicant bank statement. It's a must thing to show with application. ECO r more keen to see applicant financial ties in home country rather than sponsor.
Hi Poper, many thanks for your response. She has been supported occasionally by my sibling as well but money was not transferred to her account because they are all living at same address so there was no need to transfer the money to her account. In this case, what documents do I have to provide to show she was also supported by my sibling?poper wrote:It would make much sense if you can demonstrate your siblings in her home country are supporting your mother financially
This will help with family ties as well back home
The below may not be exhaustive:Zulqarnain wrote:Hi Poper, many thanks for your response. -Bank statements and other financial/property documents from siblings. Sibling needs to display they are financially sound and mention in their letter to ECO that they support your mom financially and will continue to support her when she returns
-IDs/documents which show relation between sibling and mother
-IDs/documents of other relatives with close family ties with your mum
