Post by sahayadavidvijay » Thu Jul 06, 2017 4:44 am

Hello,

If a candidate gets cos and he gets some other better offer and he needs to cancel his old COS , so that his new concern start generating new one.

Only is through the previous employer to do and if they dont respond well

please tell the correct channel or mail id to request for cancellation.

Treat this as very urgent

Thanks
DV

It is not up to you to cancel the CoS. Only a sponsor can do this.

Noth8ng he can do except decline the offer and ask them to cancel the CoS. An applicant cannot cancel a CoS for a job they don't wish to take up. It is only the sponsors responsibility to do that.

But if the employer is not doing it so, what is the next step to be taken?

Kindly share mail id of UKVI for cancelling COS? Because my sponsor is not cancelling COS and he is spoiling time for new sponsor to release COS.

Thanks

Maybe they feel you have wasted their time and money recruiting you.

But does the candidate have the right to reject and take much better offer?

One of the reply which I have seen is if employer doesn't cancel cos , candidate can right mail to UKVi to do cancellation of cos .

Please revert back is this option available if cos is not cancelled within 5 days from request
