Call from home office

Can home office call you from a private number? I am waiting for a decision on my husband's visa and I missed a call from an unknown number today because i was at work I am really scared now. Will they call back again?

Yes they can call from private number but most probably should leave the voice message. Remember a lot of marketing companies also call from private numbers, sometimes even on attending the call robotic conversation starts.

Yeah I was thinking they should leave a message or atleast try calling 2-3 times I am just freaking out
