How to complain ECO mistakes

Post by habt » Thu Jul 06, 2017 7:56 pm

I made an application for standard family visit visa and the ECO didn't correctly read my bank statements.

It was a surprise to read the letter stating a different amount that I submitted in my application. He didn't see the second bank statement and he misread the first one also.

How can I appeal for this problem to be rectified?

Thanking you in advance

There is no appeal rights for visitor visas.

What was the exact wording (without your personal details) of the refusal letter?

Are you the applicant or are you sponsoring someone?

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I am the applicant.

Here is the exact wording as is writing in the letter.
.....
- You have presented bank statement which shows funds of €335.
.....
- I am also not satisfied that you have sufficient funds to cover all reasonable costs in relation to your visit without working or accessing public funds. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph 4.2 (e) of the Immigration Rules.
......

But my account has around 1500 and it only for 4 days with accommodation provided by my family. In addition, I have also provided a letter of sponsorship and bank statement of my family in UK.

Thanks
