SPOUSE VISA UK FOR MY WIFE IN THE PHILLIPPINES

Hi all,

I need some advice I hope someone on here can advise. Its a little complex but ill try keep it simple.

ok my income last tax year was £12700 and year before £24500 per annum. I work for a Large Transport company I'm on a zero hour contract for last 6 years so work can be good or not so good. I have a new job starting hopefully September. I have a question.The new role its with the same Transport company (Parent Company) but a different department and subsidiary does that mean the 6 month rule starts over or can I just put 3 pay slips from old department/role and 3 more in new role together? Or will I have to wait for 6 payslips in the new job role? New job meets the financial requirement of £18600 per annum. its £42000 per annum full time permanent job. I have savings but only a little (£3000) I have my own flat no mortgage (owned outright)

Also am I also in a position to apply for a visit visa for my wife.

we are already Married got married in the Philippines last year (2016).

I really miss my wife any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Except difficulty and a potential refusal of a visit visa for your wife (many spouses have been refused). She has to prove with documentary evidence that she is a genuine visitor and will leave the UK. Difficult to prove when husband is living in the UK, ECO will think she has no reason to leave and that she is trying to circumvent the spouse visa which is substantially more expensive.
