Post by rahul190 » Sun Jul 09, 2017 1:50 pm

Student visa - oct 10 till July 12,
Psw - July 12 till July 14
Entrepreneur visa - July 14 till Aug 17

Wife travelling from australia to uk for study

If my extension get refusal, and my wife get student visa for 3 years, can be dependent on her and complete 10 years gap?

Probably because he fears he doesn't meet all the requirements for his Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension.

That's my question. Why would you apply if you know (or suspect) you don't meet the requirements?

Seem a lot of Tier 1 ent extension applicants apply simply to buy time, wait for a refusal after many months, then apply for AR, wait for that refusal and then reapply hoping for the best, while looking for other options to change into. HO becoming strict now on the non-genuine Entrepreneurs.
