I have just come out of a few year relationship.. my former partner is from Pakistan and when he was accepted for a visa his attitude and behavior towards me changed drastically... he became abusive emotionally and physically... we have a son together and he had also threatened to take him away by running away to Pakistan.. I'm afraid he will kidnap him and I will never see him again.. however all this was verbal and I do not have any proof... I have reported that we broken up to home office and immigration.. but I am scared they won't take my word for everything he has made me go through... please can someone advise me on what to do... I don't want him to take my son...
