1) arrived in the Uk on the 21st October 2007 as general student visa granted till 31st of October 2009
2) at the end of the period renewed till march 2011
3)at the end of the leave renewed till June 2012
4) went on Holidays in July 2010
5) returned in August 2010
6) entry refused at Herhrew terminal 4 and removed on the same day back to my Home country with full appeal rights
7) appealed against the decision within 28 days and appeal allowed in February 2011
I was told to wait till I get a letter from the British high commission to submit my passport to issue Entey clearance 9) waited over a year and finally letter received in April 2012 with apology for the delay
10) I applied for entry clearance with no visa fee in gratis in light of the allowed appeal
11) it took 4 months to process as they had to do loads of checks(I sent many emails to find out)
12) finally visa was issued tier 4 general student till February 2016
13) in September 2014 I went on Holidays as a second year Uni student
14) stayed in my Home country for a month and returned in October 2014
15) while I was in my home country I had some life threatening events taken place
16) I re entered UK in October 2014 with the intention of claiming asylum
17) I was in fear so I didn't claim asylum at the port
18) I continued my studies till December 2015
19) my problems in my Home country got worst that I will be killed on arrival
20) I claimed asylum in January 2016 before my student visa expires
21) my claim for protection refused in November 2016 with full appeal rights
22) appealed the decision
23) date of hearing fallen in May 2017
24) at the hearing home office wanted to withdraw the decision but the judge refused and asked the HO to reconsider and new hearing date set out to June 2017
25) HO didn't grant me leave and I had to go to hearing in June 2017
26) judge adjourned the hearing to November 2017
27) my 10 year in the UK completes on the 21st of October 2017
28) I was removed for no fault of mine and I have proved it
29) I applied for protection before my leave expired and section 3C still applies
30) can I apply under 10 year Long residency ??
