Hi, I have reside legally in the UK for last 10 years. 5 year as student, 2 year as Post study work then 3 years as a family member of EEA residence. My wife have been in the UK continuously working for those 3 years too and have the tax & NI paperwork proof for it.
I still have 2 year left on my EEA2 visa but am now thinking of applying for an ILR. My quires would be:
1. Am I eligible to apply for an ILR?
2. What documents do I need for the application?
3. My wife lives in London due to her work commitment and I live in another town where my business is. Is this will be an issue?
4 On the ILR application the section for spent time as a EEA family member says ' Provide proof of documents" What kind of shared documents do we need?
6. I have a company and a business where I employ 10 people and are eligible to acquire a entrepreneur visa, can you switch from EEA2 to another category?
5. I am going to the premium service to apply for the visa, what kind of question will I be asked if there are any?

1. Yes, IF you have had valid right to reside/visa for the whole 10 years and you meet the absence requirement, particularly no single absence of 180 days or more at any point and no more than 540 days absence for the entire 10 years.

2. Your passports, LIUK, English B1 or UK degree or foreign Degree and NARIC and ALL the documents proving your spouse has been exercising treaty rights the the WHOLE time that you have been on a residence card.

3. Should not be an issue.

4. Payslips, bank statements, proof of residence, passport etc.

5. Yes, apply from home country though and it also depends on your level of investment and when it was done.

5. It is NOT an interview. There is also no guarantee that you will get a decision on the same day. Currently costs £2,887 for premium service.

ur interview will be an hour all question will bebased on ur eea visa they will ask for last 3 yaers proof of living toghter documents and eea treaty if u dont provide all documents including ur wifes passport they will ask u to atteand interview along with ur wife.

ILR LR premium is NOT an interview. Ypur previous interview has nothing to do with applying for ILR under the UK immigration rules.

I am a little bit confused now. Please see my original post with the questions. What complication I might face to apply for an ILR under my scenario.
I want to go for a premium service. Can anyone please let me know what documents I need to provide to get the decision on the day. I have all the genuine paperwork etc. Thanks

You need all your passports covering the 10 years including the one you entered the uk with.

You also need ALL th documents of your spouse proving she is/was a qualified person exercising treaty right for the whole time you have been on the EEA route.
