Part time and Minimum Salary - Tier 2 Gen

Hello,

I have been awarded a Teir 2 Visa (general) as a doctor for a full time job. Is it possible that I change to a part time work (due to family reasons) where my salary can drop below the minimum 30,000 GBP.

If not, can it be only for a limited period of time, about 6 months period?

Does this really affect my Visa status even if it was my request (and not my employer job offer) to reduce my workload?

You cannot work part time on tier 2 general.

It is allowed to work part time as it is clearly stated in TIER 2 GUIDANACE VERSION 04/17, Clause 89 , page 26 "IF YOU ARE WORKING PARTIME YOU WILL BE AWARDED POINTS FOR ACTUAL EARNINGS AND NOT FOR THE FULL EQUIVALENT TIME EARNINGS".


But my question is if due to new conditions (part time work), my salary can drop below 30,000 GBP after VISA is awarded on a full time basis.
