Respected fellow members,

One friend of mine's extension rejected recently. He has been given option for AR. Question is if he goes for AR and if it get rejected. And he applies a fresh application. Will his continuous residency break? Or will it extended by section 3C?

Or will it extended by section 3C?
No, section 3C ends if AR is refused.
