SPOUSE VISA VERY IMPORTANT ACCOMMODATION LONDON ISSUE

i have question regarding accommodation issue.

my rental agreement start Dec 2016.
house is 5 bedroom plus two reception rooms.
i have taken 2 bedroom for rent in 1200 pounds plus council tax and water bills.

DOCUMENTS I HAVE COLLECTED.
1. RENTAL AGREEMENT
2. IM PAYING COUNCIL TAX ON MY NAME ONLY(DIRECT DEBT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT).
3. THEMES WATER BILLS ON MY NAME ONLY (DIRECT DEBT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT).
4. RENT EVERY MONTH PAY BY (DIRECT DEBT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT).
5. NO OBJECTION LETTER FROM LANDLORD INCLUDE MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER NAME.
6. SURVEY REPORT REGARDING PROPERTY.


MY QUESTIONS.

1. IN VISA FORM THEY ASKED

I ASKED LANDLORD TO GIVE ME OTHER PEOPLES DETAIL.

HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME BECAUSE THAT OTHER PERSONAL DETAIL.


QUESTION NO 2.
LEGALLY 10 PLUS PEOPLE WILL LIVE IN THIS PROPERTY.
I TAKE 2 ROOMS OTHER TAKE 3 ROOM.
PLACE IS NOT OVERCROWDED.
BUT THIS IS LONDON PEOPLES COMES EVERY MONTH AND THEY GOES.

IF I PUT OTHER THREE NAME IN VISA FORM AFTER THEY LEFT PROPERTY HOME OFFICE SAYS I MAKE FALSE STATEMENT.


QUESTION 3.

OTHER PEOPLES NAMES NOT ON ANY BILL BECAUSE THEY KEEP CHANGING PEOPLES.
THATS WHY ALL BILL ON MY NAME IM THE OLDEST IN HOUSE.


QUESTION 4.
IN SURVEY REPORT MENTION I TAKE SAME 2 ROOMS LIKE AGREEMENT.
BUT NOT MENTION OTHER PEOPLES NAME REASON THEY KEEP CHANGING.
LOTS OF OTHER POST COMES OF PERIVOUS PEOPLES NO BODY CARE.

AS FAR ALL DOCUMENT ON MY NAME LIKE COUNCIL TAX AND WATER BILL.
I TAKES 2 ROOMS IM PAYING FOR THAT BUT OTHER PEOPLES ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY
MY NAME ALSO ON ELECTORAL REGISTER AND I GIVE VOTE AS WELL.
BUT I DONT KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLES ARE REGISTER BEFORE SOME TIME THEY LEFT HOUSE BUT STILL ON REGISTER.

IN THIS CASE HOW HOME OFFICE WILL SATISFY THAT HOW MANY PEOPLES LIVES IN PROPERTY.
AND PROPERTY IS NOT OVERCROWDED.?????.


PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO THIS IS VERY COMMON ISSUE IN LONDON PEOPLES TAKES ROOMS NOT MENTION THEIR NAME ON BILL.

It seems odd that as the eldest tenant you have your name only on the utility bills/CT and therefore have sole responsibility for paying Council tax and the utility charges....when other tenants 'come and go'.

Are you already living in the house?

Regarding overcrowding, has the landlord registered the property with the Council as an HMO?

Ah! I see that by the 'oldest', you mean that you have been living in the property longer than the other tenants.

As CR001 has mentioned, is this rented out as an AirBnB property?

You haven't responded to my earlier question regarding your landlord having a House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licence from the local authority

now i learn from all this take new accommodation.
separate 2 bed flat make new agreement.

and submit in home office.
because visa fee near 5000 for 2 people.

i dont want refusal ..

i have question last any one help me im very thankfull.

my question.

now i decide take 2 bed house out side London ..
which is 500 pounds house 2 bed in kingslynn. 100 miles from london.
and pay six month rent in advance for my family.
with all new documents.

take it and lock it untill we get visa ....
and its will be ok for home office.

because they need adequate accommodation in UK. so i take any where in uk.
it cost me 4000 but all issue solved.

my question here
does it compulsary that where i work i must take house near my work.
because peoples always come to london to work from other cities.

Looking it from the Entry Clearance Officer's viewpoint, will you be able to convince them that you'll commute to your place of employment 100 miles away from where you'll be living?

but it my problem that where i do job. i worked in security industry i cover sites till milton kenyes.
i drive car 120 miles a day.

let suppose you earn 22400 in year and you want to apply visa for wife and kid,

so in london 2 bed minimum 1200 plus council 100 plus bill 200.
1500 into 12 =18000 pounds year rent.

so 22400 minus 18000= 4400
so give me answer how you survive 400 month living in london.

its mean all jobs in london and how can you survive in london if you want to bring your family
