Health Surcharge Tier 2 Dependent of ILR (Tier 2)

Hello,

need your advice on an urgent matter. i am trying to apply for Tier 2 dependent visa extension, my husband has acquired ILR (Tier 2 Shortage Occupation). during the application process while trying to pay for health surcharge the system asks for my husband visa expiry date which is couple of years from now. i just want to apply for two years extension as within one and a half year i will qualify for ILR aswell. the system is asking us to pay health surcharge to the expiry date of my husbands visa. is there a way to deal with this situation?

would appreciate your feedback and support on this.

You need to apply alone. Leave his details out.

You cannot apply for a 2 year extension. It will be a 3 year extension.
