Tier 2 - visa expiry and resignation date

Hi,

My ICT Tier 2 is expiring on 28 Jul 2017 and if I resign by 20th Jul...how will my notice period (4 weeks) be taken care.

I have to give a notice period of 4 weeks to my organization..not sure how the visa rules work.

I still have not submitted my visa extension as even if I submit my extension I will resign due to personal reasons.

You should leave the UK before your visa expires.

Is there a way the company can say I will be there for 3 weeks or so post the expiry date?is there any allowance like that?there is any 14 days after expiry date...

No. Leave before your visa expires, or apply for a new leave.
