Yes that one. Sorry I don't really know the nitty gritty definitions. There is no "5 year long residence" catergory.
Okay. Just so I am clear. I don't have to be on ILR dependant visa to travel abroad, even if my husband has ILR. so long as I have a valid visa. Because he spoke with a lawyer and that guy said that I have to be on the ILR dependant visa too because I am his dependant thus we need to have same visas. If I am not then they will give me a warning the first time coming from abroad and will send me back to my homeland next time if I am coming from abroad.
