1. You arrive shortly before your appointment time (15/20 minutes) and go through airport style security.
2. The first counter you get to is usually to check you are applying for the correct visa, i.e. paperwork vs online app to be the same (yes, some people try strange things).
3. You are then sent to the 'caseworker' section, either with a number or you pick a number (can't remember if first counter gives you a number).
4. Wait to be called by your number.
5. Give all your paperwork in. Caseworker will ask for specific things in a specific order.
6. Then you wait some more.
7. You will be called, by your number, to enroll your biometrics.
8. Once done you wait some more
9. You will be called again by caseworker and all your documents will be given back to you and you will be told if successful or not.
10. You will get a letter that also states how long to wait for your BRP card.
11. You can then leave the building.
